Inspections and Meetings: Inspections and meetings, available both onsite and online, as well as participating in interior and client meetings.
Inventory check & procurement: Evaluating the current inventory, updating it as needed, and ensuring all items are in good condition, suitable for charter or private use.
Design: Enhancing the interior design and updating the colour palette, while also upgrading dated elements to ensure a fresh and modern look.
Styling Updates: Styling to meet the brief and reflect the desired aesthetic.
Bespoke Details: Evaluating brand logos, personalisation, bespoke design details, and other unique elements to enhance the uniqueness and personal touch of the interior.
Management of Suppliers: Handling quotations, orders, and shipments with real-time updates linked to a project dashboard.
Conscientious Purchasing: Considering supply routes and customs to ensure efficient and ethical procurement.
Quality Inspections: Conducting thorough inspections to ensure that all updates and refurbishments meet high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Interior Crew & Collaboration: Collaboration and communication, working alongside the interior team through out the project to ensure smooth transition of new vision.
Full Project Handover: Delivering complete handover to ensure consistency and continuity, particularly if the yacht changes hands or crew.
Inventories and Supply : Preparing detailed inventories and supply briefs to ensure the yacht is fully equipped for charter or private use.
Interior Styling & Setup: Overseeing the final setup and styling of the interior to achieve the envisioned look and feel. Photoshoot preparations.
Ongoing Support: Providing ongoing support, should it be required.
